AFFILIATE CREATOR END USER LICENSE

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using, installing or distributing this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by GleanerSoft, your use, distribution, or installation of Affiliate Creator indicates your acceptance of this agreement ("License").

SCOPE OF LICENSE

Affiliate Creator is licensed on a per user basis. You can install the software on one or more computers provided that you, the licensee, are the only person who uses the software on the installed computers.

Each Licensed Copy of Affiliate Creator may be used to create an unlimited number of freely distributable, royalty-free Affiliate Self-Creator software. These self-creating applications contain, among other things, a portion of Affiliate Creator, including copyrighted software, proprietary notices, and identifying information (the "Affiliate Self-Creator"). You may not alter or modify the Affiliate Self-Creator Software, nor permit anyone else to do so.

All rights of any kind in Affiliate Creator which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by GleanerSoft. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on, Affiliate Creator, nor permit anyone else to do so. You may not make access to Affiliate Creator available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, nor permit anyone else to do so.

This License Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by returning or destroying the license together with all copies, in any form and so notifying GleanerSoft in writing of your intention to terminate this license. It will also terminate upon conditions set forth elsewhere in the Agreement or if you infringe any GleanerSoft copyright or fail to comply with any term or condition of this License Agreement.

AFFILIATE CREATOR, AND ANY AND ALL ACCOMPANYING SOFTWARE, FILES, DATA AND MATERIALS, ARE DISTRIBUTED AND PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT WILL GLEANERSOFT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, COVER, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR USER DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ANY LIABILITY OF GLEANERSOFT WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE, IF ANY.

Please read the license terms below. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this License, then do not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install Affiliate Creator.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by GleanerSoft to use one copy of Affiliate Creator, on one (1) computer or workstation, for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee is required.

The Affiliate Creator evaluation version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Affiliate Creator without written permission from the copyright holder.

Affiliate Self-Creator software created by Affiliate Creator, among other things, a portion of Affiliate Creator, including copyrighted software, proprietary notices, and identifying information. You may not alter or modify the Affiliate Self-Creator Software, nor give anyone permission to do so. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU LICENSED TO DISTRIBUTE AFFILATE SELF-CREATOR SOFTWARE CREATED BY THE EVALUATION VERSION AFFILIATE CREATOR.

All rights of any kind in Affiliate Creator which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by GleanerSoft.
